These Promotional Discount Terms and Conditions ("Promotion Terms") govern the use of any promotional discount offered by the Company. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all other services are excluded from this promotion.
2. Excluded Services
Dedicated Servers and Colocation services are not included in this promotion. Pricing for these services is subject to a separate pricing agreement. Customers interested in Dedicated Servers or Colocation services must contact us directly to discuss pricing and availability.
3. Eligibility
Promotional discounts may be limited to:
New customers or new service orders
Specific service plans
Specific billing cycles
Limited-time promotional periods
Promotions may not apply to existing services unless explicitly stated.
4. Application of Discount
Promotional discounts must be applied at the time of purchase using the appropriate promotion method (such as a discount code or automatic promotion). Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders, invoices, or renewals unless explicitly stated by the Company.

Removal of the promotional discount
Cancellation of the affected order or service
Suspension or termination of services
Account termination
The determination of abuse or misuse is at the sole discretion of the Company.

Have no cash value
Are non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for refunds or account credit
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the modification, suspension, or termination of any promotional offer.
